The National Association of Political Science Students, NAPSS, Nasarawa State University Keffi, has commended the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, NILDS for its efforts in deepening democracy and capacity development of Legislators, in the country.

The students gave the commendation on Tuesday during an educational visit to the Institute.

While commending the Director General of NILDS, Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman, a member of the delegation, Umar Saleh said within the last three years of the DG’s stewardship, he has increased the visibility of the Institute.

Responding, Director General, NILDS, Prof. Abubakar O. Sulaiman urged the students to see themselves as ambassadors of the country wherever the road may lead them. He further noted that NILDS has justified its existence by surpassing the workplan target.
